Job summary

DCOMM in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead our broadband construction crews in the field. You will coordinate teams, manage projects, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in field leadership in OSP/fiber/utility construction, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. We offer weekly pay, paid training, a company vehicle, health benefits, and PTO.
