Job summary

DCOMM is hiring field technicians to install high-speed internet, diagnose and repair service issues, and support customers in outdoor environments across Texas. You’ll work with fiber optics, coax, ladders and tools to keep communities connected. No prior experience is required; we provide training and hands-on coaching.

The role offers a path to leadership and growth in a hands-on trades environment. Join a team that values problem solving, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike.

One day you'll be installing high-speed internet.

The next you'll be tracking down a service issue and fixing it.

You'll work with fiber optics, coax cable, ladders, tools, technology, and customers who are counting on you to solve their problem.

By the end of the day, you'll be able to point at something and say...

"I built that."

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 28 feet)
• Comfortable working outside in the Texas weather
• Able to lift, carry, and move equipment throughout the day
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
