Qualifications

• Hands-on ability to perform basic repairs to reduce cycle times.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes to determine labor, vendor, and material needs.
• Coordinate and schedule work directly or via the Project Coordinator.
• Track and assign work to third-party vendors to move homes to rent-ready status.
• Perform quality control inspections and address punch list items.
• Complete property inspections, cost estimates and reports.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Assist with basic repairs to reduce cycle times.
• Ensure workplace safety standards are upheld.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
