Job summary

AKS Engineering & Forestry, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead onsite coordination for utility-scale renewable projects across the United States, including solar, BESS, and wind. You will ensure work aligns with plans, review schedules, and maintain safety and quality on site.

You will review work plans, manage material deliveries, track milestones, support environmental requirements and closeout documentation, and act as the client’s onsite representative while mentoring team

Qualifications

• Experience in solar, BESS, or wind projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced field.
• OSHA 10 safety training and field safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite coordination for utility-scale renewable energy projects including solar, BESS, and wind.
• Review work plans, means and methods, safety procedures, and schedules across electrical and general construction scopes.
• Monitor delivery, staging, and storage of equipment and materials to ensure proper handling and project readiness.
• Track progress against milestones and coordinate with EPC partners to adjust plans as needed.
• Support permit compliance, inspections, environmental requirements, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain accurate field documentation including site conditions, decisions, inspections, and progress reporting.
