Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to collaborate with the broader team.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Monitor and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are utilized across projects.
• Provide formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Manage multiple construction projects' progress to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Interface with suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs and stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
