Job summary

The Morgan Group in Dallas seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site developments from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with PMs, APMs and subcontractors to plan, schedule, budget, and manage safety, QAQC, and quality at every stage.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and adherence to company standards. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders.
• Experience in construction project management from preconstruction to closeout.
• Ability to read plans, manage RFIs, and coordinate with subs and PMs.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• OSHA 30HR certification and a relevant BS degree are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, review plans, and prepare schedules with PM/APM teams.
• Monitor safety, QA/QC, and quality control across all scopes of work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and city inspectors as needed.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and daily reports; ensure on-time project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
