Tri State General Contractors is seeking an on-site Construction Superintendent in El Paso, TX to manage subcontractors, review plans, and lead day-to-day site operations. The role emphasizes safety compliance, coordination with inspectors, and keeping the project on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, understand building systems, and be capable of reading complex plans and submittals to ensure quality and adherence to contract documents.

Qualifications

• Read and thoroughly understand plans and submittals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing safety on site
• Knowledge of building systems (Architectural, MEP) and codes

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and day-to-day site operations
• Review schedules, plans and specifications
• Direct subcontractors to maintain productive, safe worksite
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with plans
• Assist with project financials and change orders
• Prepare and review daily logs and punch lists
• Lead weekly safety meetings and enforce safety policies
