Southland Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Concrete Superintendent in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will supervise all phases of concrete installation and coordinate with various teams. A strong knowledge of concrete installation and effective communication skills are essential.

Additionally, you will ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while controlling project costs and teaching lower-level staff. Full-time benefits include health insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete installation techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must have working knowledge of common MS office programs.
• Willingness to work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of concrete installation, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Interpret and communicate project schedule changes.
• Control field cost in accordance with the budget.
• Teach and train foreman and crew leaders.
