Qualifications

• High School and relevant trade or craft certifications.
• 15 years of experience across trades and projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid USACE QCM certificate.
• Frequent moves across the United States anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite construction to meet safety, schedule and cost goals.
• Hold a daily standup before work begins.
• Prepare a three-week look-ahead schedule with long-range planning.
• Assist in preparing pay applications for the government.
• Maintain a positive field office work order.
• Keep the work site clean and orderly at close of day.
• Enforce safe practices via updated Activity Hazard Analyses.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for inspections per contract.
• Maintain amicable relations with subcontractors.
• Serve as on-site contact for subcontractors within schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
