Job Details

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and ensure project timelines and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections for safety and building code compliance
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Lead team meetings and coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
• Implement safety protocols and ensure proper equipment use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
