Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multifamily construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Conduct site inspections for safety and code compliance
• Create and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders
• Monitor budgets and control costs
• Lead daily team meetings
• Ensure proper use of equipment and materials
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues
• Enforce safety protocols on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• At least 5 years of supervision experience in multifamily construction
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, and safety regulations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
