Job summary

Jobot in Michigan is seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations of multifamily projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, at least 5 years in multifamily supervision, and strong leadership. Company offers competitive salary, benefits, 401(k), PTO, and career advancement.

• As a Multifamily Construction Superintendent, you will:
• Oversee daily operations of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders
