Discovery Capital, based in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee operations for a major 200-acre community project. Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience in multi-family, hospitality and/or commercial construction.
• 10 hour OSHA certification required, 30 hour OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and coordination of all construction activities.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and alignment with project plans and schedules.
• Drive daily production and enforce accountability for trade quality and efficiency.
• Lead quality control and assurance efforts for all subcontracted work.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and delivery.
