Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent specializing in multi-family projects to oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multi-family construction projects from beginning to end.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address any project challenges.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction staff and subcontractors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in multi-family projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Experience in project scheduling and budgeting.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore and Autodesk.
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices, including townhomes and assisted living facilities.
