We are seeking a dedicated Project Superintendent to join our team, supporting industrial projects within the Maryland market. The initial project assignment will be at a prominent site, with a focus on manufacturing and processing environments. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in conveyor and process piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned project sites and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure materials are available on-site as needed.
• Enforce project schedules and budgets.
• Create and manage construction schedules.
• Order and schedule materials efficiently.
• Interpret and work with blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manage OSHA 30 requirements.
• Utilize Procore for project management tasks.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in subcontract management and budget management.
• Ability to manage and create project schedules.
• Expertise in material ordering and scheduling.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and safety management.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Familiarity with Procore software.
• Experience in working on manufacturing and industrial sites.
  
  

Work Environment

The role involves both office work and on-site project management. You will work closely within small project teams consisting of a Project Manager, Superintendent, and Vice President. Our new office is located in Towson, MD, and offers opportunities to travel for projects if desired. Join a smaller general contractor that values interesting project work and professional growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
