Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Superintendent for Fort Lauderdale-based local projects on a growing portfolio of commercial work. This role requires on-site leadership of ground-up construction, coordination of subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality across multi-million dollar jobs.

Job Details

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

• 5+ years’ experience in construction field superintendent
• Extensive experience with ground up commercial work valued over $10M
• Light industrial tilt-wall experience preferred
• Schedule and look ahead experience with Procore or other construction software preferred
