JL Construction Corp in Springfield, MA is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead all phases from planning to completion. You will monitor projects with emphasis on budget, schedule and safety, collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction engineering management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of excavation/horizontal construction experience.
• Ability to interpret bid documents, plans, and related construction documents.
• Knowledge of MA/CT construction quality, safety and health; OSHA certified.
• Experience with MS Office and ability to learn industry software quickly.
• Must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites/meetings as needed.
