Job summary

Lloyd Companies seeks a Construction Superintendent to execute projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating resources and subcontractors from design through closeout. You will partner with the Project Manager, development and leasing teams to refine requirements and drive value engineering while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include estimating budgets, developing schedules, securing permits, managing field teams, and reporting cost performance.

• Coordinate meetings with owners, tenants, architects, engineers, and contractors.
