SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day construction projects and deliver high-quality service to customers, clients, and subcontractors. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes while maintaining communication with stakeholders.

The role requires a strong customer-service background, good written and verbal communication, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
• Provide project updates to customers and clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, codes, and scope.
• Document all project activities in the job file.
• Execute change orders.
• Set expectations on a project-by-project basis.
• Maintain quality through site inspections.
• Evaluate and rate vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Ensure materials delivered as purchased.
• Ensure subcontractors complete work per purchase orders.
• Validate schedule and progress.
• Identify areas outside contracted scope.
