Job summary

SERVPRO of Columbia County is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage daily construction projects, coordinate crews, and ensure work meets plans, codes, and client expectations. You will conduct pre-construction meetings, track punch lists, schedule subcontractors, and provide detailed daily updates to clients.

Role requires superb customer service, strong communication, and basic math skills. Local travel and overtime are common in this position, with a focus on quality assurance and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
• Provide project updates to customers and clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, codes, and scope.
• Document project activities in the job file.
