Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Construction Superintendent to direct day-to-day project activities, manage subcontractors and paving crews, and coordinate with general contractors and agencies to finish on time and on budget. The role requires leadership, scheduling, cost control, and a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities include developing and monitoring project plans with project managers and estimators, ensuring timely material delivery, and maintaining clear communication across teams to uphold

Qualifications

• Experience leading paving or construction crews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to monitor cost, quality, productivity and safety on projects.
