Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Patch Crew Foreman to lead a crew of up to 8 on projects across North America. You’ll manage daily operations, ensure patching and manhole rising meet specs, and coordinate with the Superintendent for optimal outcomes.

We seek candidates with at least five years in construction supervision, strong organizational and safety leadership, and proven ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality and teamwork. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in production, maintenance, or location supervision in construction.
• Ability to lead a patch crew and coordinate tasks.
• Strong safety leadership and compliance with PPE.
• Good judgment, discretion, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage patch crew of up to 8 on site.
• Oversee rising of manholes/water valves and asphalt patching to specs.
• Approve timecards, inventory, daily forms.
• Lead safety discussions and toolbox talks.
• Monitor KPIs: production, downtime, overtime.
