SERVPRO of Columbia County is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects and crews. You will lead the team to operational excellence, ensure scope accuracy, and manage client communications.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination with subcontractors, and careful control of project resources. A path for advancement and competitive compensation are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects and crews.
• Lead the team to operational excellence.
• Define scope of work and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
