Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple moving parts.
• Experience reading plans and coordinating field execution.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel during the workweek.
• Leadership mindset with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and material coordination.
• Maintain project timelines and help accelerate schedules when needed.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to project managers.
• Coordinate with architects, inspectors, owners, and vendors.
• Complete written and photographic project reporting.
• Assist with occasional hands‑on field tasks when needed.
• Train and support less experienced field personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure jobsites.
• Help identify and solve construction or sequencing issues proactively.
• Represent MSB professionally with clients and subcontractors.
