About the Position

The Superintendent serves as the lead field representative for MSB Construction projects. This individual is responsible for maintaining schedules, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring quality, ensuring jobsite safety, and communicating project progress to project managers and leadership.

Projects vary in size and complexity, requiring someone who can adapt quickly, think critically, and maintain momentum throughout the construction process. The role includes regular travel throughout the region, though MSB prioritizes getting employees home on weekends whenever possible. The Superintendent will play a critical role in helping MSB continue scaling operations while maintaining the strong reputation and family-oriented culture the company has built over decades.
