Performance Services is seeking a Superintendent to provide leadership to assigned projects and maintain positive client relationships. This role involves overseeing subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of commercial construction experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and project teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in Design Build methodology of project development preferred.
• Experience in Education and Commercial Construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule proper staffing of assigned projects.
• Ensure all projects are constructed in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Maintain excellent communication with the client.
