Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Regular and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager to refine project requirements.
• Oversee design, permits, surveys, and infrastructure coordination.
• Procure and coordinate surveyors, excavators and geotechnical work.
• Value engineer projects and manage change orders with accountants.
• Develop preliminary schedules and budgets; monitor job costs.
• Ensure safety program compliance and quality control.
• Lead meetings with owners, tenants, engineers and contractors.
