Job summary

ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is offering a Superintendent Intern/Co-op in Raleigh, NC. You will work with seasoned field leaders to learn the full lifecycle of construction projects, from site mobilization to project closeout.

You will gain hands-on experience in field operations, safety leadership, scheduling, quality control, and documentation, while participating in offsite trainings and leadership sessions to build foundational industry skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited civil, mechanical, architectural, CM, Building Science, or construction engineering program.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred, but not required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working with experienced field leaders.
• Assist with field operations and daily site activities.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Help with scheduling, coordination, and progress documentation.
• Attend project meetings and learn drawing and plan review processes.
