Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Superintendent Intern/Co-op to learn the full lifecycle of a project by working with experienced field leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure from site mobilization through project completion while supporting field operations and safety culture.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality inspections, and coordination of subcontractors. A GPA of 3.0+ and enrollment in a construction-related degree are required, with a driver’s license and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Active Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: assist with daily site activities from mobilization to completion
• Safety Leadership: participate in daily safety meetings and site inspections
• Scheduling & Coordination: help coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress
• Quality Control: observe inspections to ensure work meets plans and ARCO standards
