• Partner with the PM on RFIs, submittals, change events, and cost/schedule impacts; deliver accurate daily reports and photo documentation.
• Represent the builder during OAC meetings, AHJ inspections, and site walks; maintain professional relationships with owners and design teams.
• Close out efficiently-punchlist burn-down, systems training, turnover documentation, and warranty handoff.

Profile

• Experience: 5-10+ years as a Superintendent, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, and/or healthcare projects (ground‑up and/or major renovations).
• Technical acumen: Strong with schedules, plan/spec interpretation, shop drawings, and trade sequencing; Procore (or similar) proficiency.
• Healthcare specifics: Familiar with ICRA/ILSM, interim life safety, and working in active facilities (preferred).
• Leadership: Clear communicator, calm under pressure, firm but fair with subs; proactive problem‑solver with high ownership.
• Credentials: OSHA‑30 and First Aid/CPR required; additional safety/QC credentials a plus.
