Michael Page is seeking a Construction Superintendent to helm field operations across industrial and commercial projects in the Chicago area. You will work with leadership to drive project execution from mobilization through completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Superintendent and a background in commercial/industrial/education construction, with experience overseeing self-perform concrete crews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Experience leading projects from groundbreaking to completion.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or education construction.
• Experience overseeing self-perform concrete crews is a plus.
• Experience managing field operations on large-scale projects.
• Concrete construction experience strongly preferred.

Lead daily field operations for a top ENR Chicago based general contractor who has been in the industry for 100+ years. You will be working with leadership to lead some of their most exciting industrial and commercial projects to date with some of their biggest clients. You will also have the chance to mentor, train, and truly shape how field operations are structured and operated.

Description

As the Construction Superintendent, you will lead field operations and oversee project execution from mobilization through final completion. Key responsibilities include:

Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Construction Superintendent
• Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through final completion
• Background in commercial construction, industrial construction, or education construction
• Overseeing Self Perfrom concrete crews is a plus
• Experience managing field operations on large-scale construction projects
• Experience working with self-perform construction crews
• Concrete construction experience strongly preferred
