Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a growing General Contractor in the Chicago western suburbs. The Superintendent will lead on-site operations for light industrial and commercial projects, ensuring safety, scheduling, and quality control from groundbreaking to completion.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Superintendent experience, and a strong background in warehouse or manufacturing construction, with projects ranging from $5M to $50M+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in industrial, warehouse, or commercial construction.
• Experience on projects ranging from $5M-$50M+.
• OSHA certification preferred.

• Lead daily site operations from groundbreaking through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
