As our Construction Superintendent in Training, you'll assist experienced Construction Managers, Coordinators, and Superintendents in running day-to-day jobsite operations on luxury custom homes. You'll gain deep knowledge in scheduling, project setup, permitting, inspections, and on-site leadership, all while preparing to grow into a supervisory role. This role is ideal for someone with prior construction experience and carpentry skills who is eager to lead and willing to learn. We'll give you the tools, training, and mentorship to advance.
