Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Construction Superintendent for ground-up multifamily developments in Westchester County, starting in Tarrytown. The role oversees onsite construction, coordinating subcontractors, self-performed crews, and daily operations from sitework through turnover.

You'll work closely with the Project Manager to drive schedule, quality, safety, and field issue resolution on a large-scale, ground-up affordable project.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor or developer builder
• Proven experience delivering ground up multifamily projects valued at $50M+
• OSHA 30 required

About the Opportunity

An employee-owned real estate developer and general contractor with a deep, ongoing pipeline of ground-up multifamily projects throughout Westchester County is hiring a Superintendent to join the team long-term, starting on a large-scale ground-up affordable multifamily development in Tarrytown.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll oversee all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover, coordinating subcontractors, self-performed crews, and daily operations.

This is a long-term career opportunity with a well-established, employee-owned builder, not a one-project assignment.

• $170,000 to $200,000 base salary
