Job summary

Engtal in Columbus, OH is seeking experienced Superintendents and Senior Superintendents for healthcare-focused commercial construction projects. You will lead daily field operations on projects valued up to $40M–$80M+, manage scheduling, safety, and quality, and coordinate with PMs and operations leadership.

This role offers a base salary of $105K–$160K+ with annual bonus, profit sharing, vehicle allowance, gas card, and strong opportunities for growth within a locally focused firm that values

A leading Columbus-based commercial general contractor is looking to add experienced Superintendents and Senior Superintendents to its growing field operations team.

The immediate priority is healthcare construction, including hospitals, outpatient facilities, medical campuses, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, and occupied renovations. Candidates with comparable complex commercial, institutional, or industrial experience are also encouraged to apply.

Projects range from complex renovations to major ground-up developments valued at $40M–$80M+, all within the Central Ohio market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project completion

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred, including hospitals, medical facilities, labs, pharma, or occupied renovations
• Comparable complex commercial, higher education, institutional, or industrial experience also considered
• Ground-up construction experience preferred, ideally $30M+
• Strong scheduling, MEP coordination, subcontractor management, and field leadership skills
• $105K–$160K+ base salary, depending on experience
• Annual bonus + profit sharing
