Job summary

Engineered Structures Inc. seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction site operations on grocery and related projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost control. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to drive progress.

You will lead on-site teams, implement plans, conduct meetings, manage risks, and enforce safety protocols. Travel is required for rotating assignments across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; a construction management degree is preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of superintendent experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction activities on the site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to the workforce to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet milestones.
