Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on assigned projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily activities, maintain schedules, enforce safety requirements, and ensure quality workmanship.

When designated, you may serve as Project Quality Control Manager (QCM) and/or Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). You will implement QC and safety plans per EM 385-1-1 and DH/Y regulatory standards and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations on construction projects.
• Ability to implement safety programs and quality control plans.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations and supervise onsite activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to support projects.
• Maintain project schedules, safety compliance, and quality workmanship.
• Prepare daily reports and support RFI, changes, and closeout activities.
