Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field teams from our Dallas, TX office. You will manage Foremen and an open-shop workforce on concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening projects in commercial and industrial settings.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, plan activities, motivate crews, and ensure safe, productive work. Requirements include 10+ years in construction with 5+ in a supervisory role, and strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of general construction experience with at least 5 years in a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent role.
• Experience on repair type projects such as concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, corrosion control, facade restoration.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams including Foremen and crews to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leaders to plan pre-project activities and disseminate tasks.
• Motivate teams and coordinate work across multiple projects with appropriate staffing.
• Ensure proper use of tools and equipment and enforce safety policies 24/7.
• Provide training and guidance to crews on tasks and processes.
• Review production rates and assist in evaluating project progress and look-ahead schedules.
• Complete essential paperwork clearly and accurately for project records.
• Interview and hire field personnel and support safety culture.
• Communicate effectively with customers, crews, and project teams.
