Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in general construction, with at least 5 years in a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent role.
• Prior experience in concrete repair, structural strengthening, and waterproofing projects.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.

• Participate in project planning and assign work to crews.
• Provide training and ensure safe operation of tools and equipment.
