We are seeking Construction Superintendents to support our civil construction and environmental programs. Responsibilities include setting expectations for Weston personnel, subcontractors, and general contractors regarding scheduling, installation, and testing. Additional duties involve project status reviews, daily site reports, team, subcontractor, and client relations, ensuring construction completion and customer satisfaction. Up to 80% travel across the U.S. may be required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• BS degree plus 8-12 years of experience or equivalent in construction management.
• Ability to interpret construction contract documents and understand construction principles and techniques.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety training.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• USACE CQM certification preferred.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER and 8-Hour HAZWOPER site supervisor training preferred.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Secret Clearance is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.

• Serve as liaison with professionals and field personnel for smooth project implementation.
• Lead field teams, manage operations, schedules, and budgets.

Compensation varies based on experience, education, and skills. Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,100 - $125,000.
