Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long-term commercial/institutional project in Sandusky, OH.

You will manage subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule from mobilization through closeout, conduct daily field meetings, and maintain strong client relationships while Sevan provides lodging, travel, and a vehicle allowance for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience: foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
