Qualifications

• 10 years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up and major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience including foundations and formwork.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex construction project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly planning sessions.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget.
