Foundry is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead a ground-up clubhouse and amenity development in Palm Beach County. You will be the onsite lead, with the autonomy to run the project, make decisions and own the construction process from sitework through handover.

You will manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality and coordinate with project managers, owners and trade partners to keep the project on track and delivered to a high standard.

Formación

• Experience as a Superintendent for commercial GC.
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction.
• Experience independently managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills.
• Good knowledge of MEP coordination, safety and quality.

We're working with a highly regarded General Contractor in Palm Beach County that is looking to bring an experienced Superintendent into its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with an excellent local reputation, strong relationships with repeat clients and a healthy pipeline of projects.

The immediate project is a ground-up clubhouse and amenity development in Palm Beach County

, with further commercial construction projects to follow.

You'll be the lead Superintendent onsite, with the autonomy to run your project, make decisions and take real ownership of the construction process.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll take the lead on a ground-up commercial project, overseeing everything from sitework and foundations through structure, MEP, finishes and final handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running day-to-day construction activities as the lead onsite Superintendent.
• Managing subcontractors, scheduling and project coordination.
• Planning upcoming work and maintaining 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Overseeing site safety, quality and workmanship.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, owners and trade partners.
• Ensuring the project stays on schedule and is delivered to a high standard.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a hands‑on, experienced Superintendent who knows how to run a commercial construction project and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience working as a Superintendent for a commercial General Contractor.
• A strong background in ground-up commercial construction.
• Experience independently managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills.
• Good knowledge of MEP coordination, safety and quality.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.

Clubhouse or amenity construction experience would be a bonus, but it's absolutely not essential.

We're equally interested in Superintendents with backgrounds in commercial buildings, hospitality, retail, education, healthcare and other ground‑up construction projects.
