Anzac Developments LLC is seeking a proactive Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations across residential, commercial, government, and federal projects in St. Louis, MO.

You will supervise field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence from ground-up to completion. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of site supervision, strong plan/code knowledge, OSHA certification, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Strong working knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and codes.
• OSHA certification and a commitment to enforcing safe job site practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily job site operations, coordinating subcontractors and crews.
• Maintain safety standards and pause work when unsafe conditions arise.
• Maintain project documentation: logs, photos, deliveries, directives.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to guide field execution.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve challenges.
• Manage site logistics, tools, materials and safety equipment.
• Handle field changes and communicate deviations clearly.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure code/client standard compliance.
• Monitor workmanship and quality across subcontractors and crews.
• Oversee labor resources, site cleanliness, and productivity.
• Interface with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Support carpentry and installation tasks as needed.
• Manage punch lists, warranty work and post-construction fixes.
• Track hours and receipts with proper coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily job site operations, including scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and internal crews.
• Injob site safety standards and pause work to address unsafe conditions.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including logs, photos, material deliveries, and job directives.
• Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide field execution.
• I will collaborate.with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve project challenges.
• Manage site logistics, tools, materials, and safety equipment to support timely execution.
• Handle field modifications, change orders, and communicate project deviations effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, ensuring compliance with codes and client standards.
• Monitor and ensure quality workmanship from all subcontractors and field personnel.
• Oversee labor resources to maintain cleanliness, organization, and productivity on-site.
• Interface with clients, providing professional updates and handling concerns with transparency.
• Support carpentry and installation tasks directly as needed.
• Manage punch list closeouts, warranty repairs, and post-construction rectifications.
• Track labor hours and purchases, reviewing timesheets and submitting receipts with correct coding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Strong working knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and codes.
• Excellent leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• OSHA certification and a commitment to enforcing safe job site practices.
• Skilled in managing subcontractors, vendors, and field crews across multiple trades.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work hands-on in a physically active role.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a drive for excellence in every task.

Education & Training

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational training or certifications in construction management preferred.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday
