Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Measure, mark, and cut building materials to precise specifications.
• Install, repair, and maintain both rough and finish carpentry structures.
• Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality.
• Transport materials between multiple job sites as needed.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Meet project schedules without compromising craftsmanship.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a carpenter or similar role in construction.
• Advanced knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and standard framing.
• Willingness to train and mentor others.
• Ability to supply your own carpentry tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and work hands-on.
• Professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy in all work settings.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and high standards of work.
• Strong time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Education and Training Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
