Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong retail construction experience highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial and retail construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate upcoming activities
• Lead daily site meetings and communicate project updates
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Monitor project quality and address issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
• Enforce company and OSHA safety standards
• Track materials, deliveries, manpower, and site logistics
• Identify potential scheduling or construction issues and work with the project team to resolve them
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project records
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and turnover

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, commercial, ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement construction and be comfortable managing subcontractors, field operations, schedules, safety, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
