We are currently looking for local Superintendents with GC experience building high end restaurants

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in general contracting and a proven track record of successfully managing the construction of high-end restaurants. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of restaurant construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities of high-end restaurant projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of the project.
• Enforce quality control and ensure high-end finishes are executed to meet luxury restaurant standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets and work closely with project managers to control costs and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure all subcontractors adhere to project timelines, contract obligations, and safety protocols.
• Lead site meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee the installation of custom millwork, lighting, kitchen equipment, and high-end materials.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and inventory to keep the project on track.
• Enforce workplace safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in general contracting, specifically with high-end restaurant projects.
• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, high-end materials, custom millwork, and specialty restaurant construction requirements.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, architects, and designers.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, fast-track projects, and maintain quality standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for project oversight.
