We are seeking a results-driven and experiencedConstruction Superintendentto lead and supervise structural rehabilitation and exterior envelope restoration projects. This role requires expertise inconcrete restoration, stucco repair, waterproofing systems, sealants/caulking, and expansion joint installation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex repair and restoration work on occupied and non-occupied structures, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from pre-construction through project closeout.

As a key on-site leader, you will coordinate field operations, oversee subcontractors and crews, and ensure projects are executed to exact specifications — on time and within budget — while upholding the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and direction for structural rehabilitation projects, ensuring compliance with engineered repair details, specifications, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate daily jobsite activities, including the work of subcontractors, laborers, and vendors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
• Review construction drawings, repair details, and submittals to ensure accurate execution of structural, waterproofing, and façade work.
• Oversee specialized scopes of work such asstucco and EIFS repair, concrete spall and crack remediation, expansion joint replacement, façade sealants, and waterproofing membrane applications.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce jobsite safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• UtilizeProlog (or similar project management software)for schedule tracking, field documentation, RFIs, change orders, and progress reporting.
• Maintain detailed and accurate field documentation, including daily logs, material deliveries, crew hours, and weather conditions.
• Facilitate coordination between the project team, property management, and residents or building occupants (as applicable), ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Proactively identify field issues and develop timely solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain momentum on the job.
• Ensure all work is completed with minimal disruption to tenants, protecting occupied spaces and managing staging, access, and cleanup logistics as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent or Site Supervisor onbuilding restoration, waterproofing, or structural repair projects.
• In-depth knowledge ofstucco systems, concrete restoration techniques, elastomeric coatings, joint sealants, flashing, and below-/above-grade waterproofing.
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical repair details.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Prolog, Procore, or similar), as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site-specific health and safety plans.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, especially for managing diverse field crews.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
