This role is perfect for someone hungry to grow in the construction industry, joining a well-established team leading a city-wide school LED retrofit program across NYC. You'll be at the forefront of improving energy efficiency and facility safety in educational environments.

This is not your typical Superintendent job—it’s designed for candidates ready to prove themselves in the field and take ownership of their projects. Ideal for those looking to build a career in site management, especially within electrical and lighting installation.

You’ll start in a fully supported role, with training provided on OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and project supervision. As you develop, there’s a clear path to move into more senior roles such as Construction Manager and Project Executive.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day site activity for lighting installations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, PMs, and school representatives
• Attend site walk-throughs and client meetings

The Person:

• Must be motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a leadership role
• Be hard-working and on-site full time
• Willing to learn and develop skills
