We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent with a strong background in electrical and solar projects to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about renewable energy, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have hands-on leadership experience in the field, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Solar Ground Mount Construction Supervisor, you’ll oversee solar energy installation and maintenance projects across multiple job sites. You’ll lead on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and help deliver projects on time and to spec.

What We’re Looking For:

️ 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector

️ Strong knowledge of solar installation techniques, materials, and safety/regulatory requirements

️ Ability to interpret and work from electrical, civil, and mechanical construction drawings

️ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

️ Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office

️ Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Per Diem available for travel—up to the New York GSA standard rate.
